Rare opportunity in Sausalito

Canto Del Mare offers a truly unique chance to enjoy one of the most sought after harbors on the San Francisco Bay. I always dreamed of being on the water in beautiful Sausalito, and the Canto Del Mare gave me that rare opportunity to enjoy such a unique place. The slip where she is berthed is quiet and very well maintained by the harbor.

The slip is potentially transferable with the approval from the Harbour Master.

More than just a boat, Canto Del Mare is offering the comfort of a two-bedroom, two-bath layout with three spacious decks to enjoy breathtaking views, fresh air, and the ever-changing beauty of the water. Wake up to seabirds and gentle waves, watch spectacular sunsets from your deck, and enjoy the peaceful connection to nature.

Built to handle the Bay with ease

A rare flushdeck Ocean Alexander, designed by Ed Monk, most OAs of this era were sedan-style; this is not. She's been a local boat with only three long-term owners since 1993, always professionally maintained, and shows much newer than her age throughout, including 6'5"+ headroom in both staterooms and the flybridge enclosure.

Owning Canto Del Mare isn't simply buying a boat, it's embracing an extraordinary lifestyle. Opportunities like this are exceptionally rare, especially with a potentially transferable slip in one of the Bay Area's most desirable marinas. Whether you're looking for a peaceful full-time residence, a weekend escape, or a floating retreat, this is a chance to own something truly special.
